Our Executive Chef Vasilis Zacharakis
Vasilis Zacharakis has worked as a Chef in several restaurants on the island of Santorini the last 20 years of his career, most representing ones Selene, Assyrtiko and Nykteri restaurants. He has represented the country in travel and gastronomy leading markets of Europe like, WTM London 2013, Goûts et Terroirs Bulle Switzerland, Alentejo das gastronomias mediterranicas Portugal 2013 but also Greek gastronomy markets as a representative of Aegean Cuisine. He is also a consultant of savor and new products development at Santo Wines – Union of Santorini Cooperatives but also a member of Cyclades Chef’s Club. In 2018 he was awarded by FNL Best Restaurant Awards 2017 in the category of Greek Traditional Cuisine.
